The hotel provided complimentary coffee, fruit, and snacks in the reception area. This was a wonderful touch. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities in the room, including a filled water jug and a handwritten welcome note with cookies. The bathroom was fully stocked with refillable body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion. I LOVED that.

My room was quite small, with limited space to move around or store belongings, and few places to hang items to dry.

mixed feelings about the room

unpleasant smell inadequate cleaning

the staff was friendly and accommodating.

the room felt smaller than expected, and the window faced an inner shaft. this shaft blocked natural light and let in an unpleasant smell when opened. a razor from a previous guest was also left in the shower, so i think the cleaning wasn't very thorough.

The room felt quite small and dark. a frosted glass window did not offer any outside view. This. car parking was not available directly at the hotel. i had to use a public underground car park a short walk away, costing extra money.

the location was very central. i found i could easily reach many restaurants and shops on foot. asier at the front desk gave great suggestions about sights and food (his recommendations were spot on). complimentary coffee in the lobby was a definite plus.

my room window faced the building's inner shaft, so fresh air wasn't an option. the lack of natural light also. this was a downside.

i found the staff really helpful. they gave great info. the free coffee was a nice touch. the location near the bus station was great. it made getting around easy for me.

the room was a bit small. it could use a bit more space. this is my only complain.
